"I enjoyed my stayed at Barcelo. My room was nice and very clean, except for a second room which when I complained to the staff they came right away and transferred me to a nicer room. People were really helpful and the breakfast and snack were awesome. I believe I paid $17 for rhe breakfast but it was really worth it. Overall it was nice and I would stay again."

"Servicio de check in and out amable rápido flexible, buffet muy bueno no muchas opciones, staff amable atento, hotel y alrededores limpio oloroso cuarto limpio cómodo y seguro. Actividades puntuales buenas divertidas, gym decía que llevaran su propia toallas sin embargo no vi las personas que no llevaban toallas hicieran sanitarias de limpieza ni un personal. La maquinita de hielo no sirvió hasta yo irme por cuatro Díaz en lo que estuve tenía que subir al tercer piso. Lo demás excelente lo recomendaría 100% y volvería a hospedarme el precio es buenisimo para el servicio comodidad"

"Liked the hotel and the size of the rooms, but there are a few areas that should be addressed: (1) we were not provide the wifi password when we checked in...I assumed it would be in the room, but after a late arrival and shower I discovered around 1:00 that we had no password. Attempted to contact the lobby, but the phone in the room was inoperable and there was no answer when I called via my cell; so, I sent a text which was finally answered 1 1/2 hours later; (2) there is not lighting in the small alcove where one enters our room and the adjacent room, and it was so dark that we had to use flashlights to use the key; (3) there was no lighting in the "cabinet kitchen" in the suite, which made it impossible to use at night, and (4) there were NO CUPS OR GLASSES or any type of tableware, despite the fact that it was advertised as a suite with kitchen (and had two burners and a fridge). Fix these issues and we will be back again...otherwise, we will not. We live in the DR and travel to Santo Domingo frequently."
