"Everything was great!"

"Staff is wonderful."

"First I would like to say that the staff is amazing and I really wish I could give more stars to the hotel, but it was terrible how our room kept running out of water, every day multiple times per day we had to ask for water to shower, flush the toilet and wash our hands. It could definitely improve in the maintenance. Second reason why I am giving 3 stars is because the hotel has no parking. We rented a car and could never find where to park. We saw other hotels that at least gave vouchers to...

"Todo estuvo estupendo y el lugar esta muy bonito y las habitaciones padrísimas"

"Un lugar hermoso para disfrutar unos días en el centro de Mérida con diversos espacios para estar tranquilos."

"Muy recomendable lugar."

"Absolutely a gem of a hotel. From the moment we arrived, to when we left it was a pleasure to stay here. Gorgeous space, fantastic staff and such friendly owners. From their lovely honour system at their 24 hour self serve bar to their unique fabulous breakfast, we will always stay at the Diplomat Boutique Hotel when in Merida. We can't rate it high enough. The owners, Sarah and Neil are amazing hosts!"

"We had a great stay at Viva Mérida. Property is very clean, Rooms are spacious. We stayed for a week, the staff was fantastic accommodating our requests throughout our time here. The breakfast that is included is generous . Is close to all center main spots and walkable to their food district. Definitely a little gem to stay if you are in town."

"muy bonito lugar y centrico"

"Great location friendly staff. Would recommend "

"Excelente todo"

"It's a charming hotel with a beautiful pool. The staff was amazing and home cooked breakfast very good. The room was really nice with a good bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend"

"En general es bueno solo que si hay pequeños detalles en la habitación y la alberca, todos lo demás es execelente además que hay tiendas cerca como restaurantes y la plaza grande cerca de la ubicación"

"The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and several main attractions, which makes it very convenient to get around without needing transportation. Overall, the place has great potential due to its prime location and the owner’s attentive service. However, it requires better supervision and maintenance to provide a more comfortable and consistent experience for guests."

"The hotel wasn’t clean. The entrance or so called lobby is nothing like the pictures, terribly maintained and the lobby bathrooms are dirty, old and honestly not inviting."

"La alberca se encontraba un poco sucia, la habitación si señal de TV, mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. La zona del hotel desde mi percepción se veía un poco sola, pero no tuvimos ningún tema de seguridad simplemente no me gustó la zona. Buen estacionamient cerca."
