"This was a hidden gem! It definitely has a resort feel and all of the staff have excellent customer service. I enjoyed their shuttle service to Los Olas Blvd where we enjoyed the shoppes and restaurants. It also goes to Foet Lauderdale Beach which is great. My family and I will return soon as we had a great time!"

"We checked in with a bay view room that was on the 5th floor and the elevator was not working. We had to move my mother to a first floor room with no view because her knees could not do the stairs. We got no refund for the price difference of the downgraded room. The 5th floor ice machine was not working. The patio chair seat on the balcony had been busted through and the TV remote was not working. Then we went to the pool where my son sat in a lounge chair and was cut by some glass shards that were in the chair. The on-site restaurant was not open the advertised hours and then the daily special that was listed as half off was charged full price. The chips and spinach dip was very overcooked and our waiter was on his phone and inattentive the whole time. I do not recommend staying here. The staff was nice enough but there was way too much wrong with our stay. Overpriced for the level of service."

"Honestly, I rated it ok. As it was that. No frills, a tad noisy, yet the shuttle service to the cruise port and airport was on time with friendly drivers. Pool was closed and it would have been nice to know before seeing the note on the counter upon check in. I would not love to vacation for a week here, but a transition stay between vacations is just fine. Rooms were clean and functional."

"We had a very nice room with a view of the ocean, the entire staff were very friendly and happy to help you anyway they can. On several occasions I was in the lobby to get coffee at 6am , I was greeted by Diana who was very warm and friendly. Unfortunately the last night we were there before checking out we had a very strong smell of gas in our room , we immediately went to the front desk and the night manager changed our room without question. I was later contacted by a guest manager stating that it was caused by cleaning in the restaurant on the 6th floor when our room was on the 8th floor. Working for a utility company over 30 years I am aware of what gas smells like. This was an inconvenience changing rooms but it would not deter me from visiting again. As soon as you arrive you are greeted like royalty and the entire hotel is luxurious."
