"Lamp in room was broken. Toilet made a horrible noise when flushing. Breakfast options did not look appetizing. Have stayed here last year and had a much better experience. Not sure what has changed?"

"The residence is hard to find, they need to put better instructions on the check in details. Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned. Rings and dirt on the bedside tables. I used Lysol wipes to wipe everything down when checking in...I do this with all my hotel rooms I stay at.
