"Nice location with short walk to Cathedral. I think the hotel is overrated on the website. Staff was very nice and helpful, so that made up for the understated room."

"We have a very early flight and we requested the front desk the evening before if he can arrange for shuttle to the airport ,he said it was too early for any taxi to take us but he said he would ask someone. We were able to get to the airport as planned. I highly recommend this place ang give them a 5 🌟"

"We had to pay for a breakfast that consisted of bread, pastries, yogurt, some meat and cheese, coffee and juice from a machine. Once it was empty, no refills till the next day. We had no fresh towels delivered even though it said to leave your dirty ones on the bathroom floor. You were charged for a clean towel or had to wash your own. My room had no blind on it to close at night! Just a shear over a patio door. No air conditioning-just a small table fan. Unless you come by car, there are no restaurants within walking distance. When we left, we were responsible for taking our garbage out to the garbage cans. My friend had a room that was not well cleaned and smelled of disinfectant. I would not recommend this establishment!"

"The Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the Lourdes Sanctury and local shopping. However plan well for travel to the hotel from the lourdes train station since its difficult to get a taxi or Uber. We finally took a local bus #L5 which stops at St. Joseph Gate of the Sanctuary very close to hotel. Room and bathroom was clean and modern and very spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and got us a taxi for the travel back to train station. Breakfast was great with many choices and our option also included custom omelets. Would definitely recommend it and come back again if revisiting."

"The room, lobby and the backyard are in super excellent condition. The breakfast is delicious. The employees are very helpful and courteous. I I highly recommend this property. PS: Please install shower bar, this will really help people to get in and out of the tub."
