"We had no hot water all weekend and the elevator was not working. Lighting strike a day before. We were never told about the problem before we checked in. We found out the next morning when we went to shower after we ate breakfast. I went down to let them know and the assistant GM said we are working on it. No offer to refund our money and go stay somewhere else. Next morning still no hot water. After checking out I called the company and they said we were offered a refund!!!! LIES!!!!! The assistant GM said we used the toilet and ate breakfast that meant we refused the refund! It was after we use the restroom and ate breakfast that we even knew there was no hot water! Terrible place to stay!! Never again!!! I got a$50 refund and some points to use in the future!!"

"The room was clean and well maintained. However, we stayed in a room on the first floor near the bar. When we were trying to go to sleep, we could hear people talking near the entrance outside our room, and this continued for about 30 minutes. After that, loud conversations from guests drinking at the bar continued until nearly 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. In addition, the building does not appear to be well soundproofed. We could hear doors closing and footsteps from guests staying in the room above us. If you are looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best choice."

"Room was clean but could use some updating. Also the bathroom shower head was powerful but it leaked a little through the shower curtains so we had to mop it up a little. Otherwise, the 2 Queen beds were very comfortable to sleep in. It was also a quiet room but the occupants in the next room were walking around and we can hear and feel them walking around. A/C worked fine but we were using the heat more during the evenings. We skipped breakfast altogether."

"I think the breakfast bar could have been kept a little bit cleaner since there was a lot of kids.For whatever reason, this weekend at the facility. Overall everything was amazing. I don't believe though that the staff should be outside at the entrance.Smoking. p s you may want to change the sign on 245 to read ,Sparks by Hilton. The old one is still up that says Hampton. Inn, by Hilton.. that sign is very dirty and hard to read."
