"What a shame! Great hotel, large and good sized rooms. Comfy beds large bathroom. Many cupboards. A great sized room for a family of four. Very useful roof top pool. Shallow but to be expected. Reception staff moody and unhelpful. No mix up in translation. Although I'm British my wife is half Spanish ..."
