The hotel is very good for the price you pay. The hotel included breakfast and dinner for me and mu husband. We only expected breakfast. The service was good. There was even hot water on the shower.

Amazing service and food. People were very friendly. The hotel is right in from of the park, which means every night there will be crowd and noise. Besides that, everything was great

Property was ok but restaurant was extremely slow and limiting options , hotel needs to be maintained better . We stood two nights and couldn’t sleep due to loud noise music playing outside we complained but nothing could be done .

Well maintained & Clean, this is a modest hotel built probably in the early 90’s and very well kept, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and willing to help

I enjoyed my stay here I stayed for 2 days I didn't know dinner was also included in the price they have a very small swimming pool. I didn't use it. I will stay here again it's in a central location on the Malecón

PROS: Clean They have working water & electricity Breakfast & Dinner (except: no breakfast on Monday and no dinner on Sunday) Gated parking in back Free wi-fi (not the best but it's free) Great customer service, extremely nice and helpful. CONS: Windows have no screens A/C barely works No elevator NOISE You hear every outside commotion; Disco (Carnival like) music blasting outside from everywhere, weekends are worse. Moto-conche (dirt bikes) noise speeding up and down the road. Synopsis: If the noise cons above don't bother you and you're just looking for somewhere safe to sleep that's clean, has working water and electricity. This is it. If your looking for peace n quiet, and a relaxing resort like accomodations. This is not the place for you.

The service was horrible. They do not take American Express I had to pay in cash. The only thing that was good with the food. No hot water. The Jacuzzi did not work. The person they had and the reception was filthy. Was not fit to work in the reception. The experience was horrible I would never go there again and recommend a hotel ever again.

We remember you because you expressed all this complains during your stay: - We receive almost all other credit cards except that one. - Thank you for your only positive comment about good food. - We have hot water and we explain that you were opening the wrong tap. - The jacuzzi works fine except for the bubbles and we explain to you that it had recently been damaged. - We would liked you were more specific about the dirty receptionist and his name. The property was cute..it definitely had a little town feel. The staff was helpful in general. We were able to feel safe there as well. And under the circumstances we couldn’t expect all of the same services that we would have had had we not been in a pandemic. However the cleanliness of the property left much to be desired- especially since we are still in the pandemic. Case in point - we went out and asked for maid service. When we got back the bed was made, the towels were changed but the sink clearly had not been cleaned. Not to mention the shower curtain had some mildew stains on it(they had been there prior to that day) And our checkout left much to be desired as well. Tip: when you are checking in, don’t sign anything unless there is a “tarifa” written in. You may be surprised at what that tarifa (charge) is when you go to check out.

Excellent place to stay in Barahona and the south part of the country. Our room, a suite, was big and confortable. The included meals were very good and we were surprise since our expectations were low. The service offered was excellent specially in the restaurant.

I didn’t like it at all, worst hotel ever. Parking lot around the hotel, you have to call to someone open the gate for you to park your car.

Nuestra área de parqueo posterior es cerrada precisamente para proteccion suya y de su vehiculo. Por supuesto que debe informar al guardian en la marquesina frontal para abrir el portón. Eso nos hace el peor hotel, ...!!!????

It was okay for the price and location. Food is good but service is extremely slow. They should probably not advertise the free wifi as there is little to no connection in the rooms and slow in the lobby. We needed hot water one night and there was no one to help us get some so we had to do without, but other than that we didn’t have any bad experiences.

Hola Deon. Nuestros platos del restaurant son personalizados (no buffet) por lo que requieren tiempo para su preparacion. Por tal razón colocamos menus en las habitaciones junto al telefono recomendando a los huespedes que deben ordenar por telefono antes de pasar al restaurant. Reconocemos que a veces el wifi que nos suple la empresa es debil y mucho mas dentro de las habitaciones. Estamos tratando de mejorar esto. Para agua caliente en la noche soto tenias que tomarla de una de las neveritas que tenemos ubicadas en cada piso y de ella hubieses podido servirte agua caliente o fria. Saludos.

The hotel is suited for a town hotel. It was very clean and the inclusion of the breakfast and dinner were just perfect. The food was great and well prepared, the server and cook were very friendly. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The outside structure seemed more modern, but the inside is a very modest town hotel. At the time of the check-in we had to wait for the staff to straighten out our request made through Expedia. They didn’t have the queen bed as requested. They were quick to fix and provided a family room instead to accommodate us.
