The hotel is in a good location and the bedroom was large. The pool was clean but very cold but probably just the time of year. The sheets on the beds were dirty when we arrived with hair underneath the pillows. They were changed after we requested it at the recpetion. The pillows were solid blocks and the mattress was incredibly firm. The decorative pillows were covered in stains and the spare pillows in the wardrobe had no pillow case and were covered in stains. There was a nasty mould smell in the reception area and the bedroom itself. The toilet was covered in cobwebs and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. One of the towels we were given was stained with what looked blood. Overall it was not a nice stay and it's a shame as the location in the town is great and it feels like some investment is needed in some basics to make this a really nice hotel again

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, les lits sont confortables et propres. La salle de bain est grande et la douche à l'italienne top. Le pommeau de douche pas terrible. Par contre, le sol est froid car en pierre mais ttrès joli. Il y a quand même un manque de ménage sous les lits avec pas mal de poussière. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et bien fournis. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Hotel agréable mais attention au ménage

L accueil était excellent, belle surface pour une chambre 3 personnes avec douche à l italienne. Le petite déjeuner a 9 euros était très variés et très bon. Mais un point très négatif nous a marqués c est le ménage de la chambre. Énormément de poussière et de toile d araignées. C est dommage !!!

Hôtel au calme et bien situé. Espaces communs, chambre et salle de bains propres et bien entretenus. L’ensemble aurait néanmoins besoin d’une petite rénovation au goût du jour. La literie par contre a besoin d’être renouvelée de même que le linge de toilette. Bon petit déjeuner complet.

Trevlig mysig stad men hotellet kan bättra sig

Mysig stad. Ac funkar det inte. Vi fick byta rum. Kassaskåpet var låst. Fick öppnas med speciel nyckel. Nästa rum var bättre men värde skåpet fungerade inte på grund av dåliga batterier som vi uppmanades att byta själv. Frukosten var okej trevliga restauranger i närheten. Lätt att parkera.

Etape idéales à proximité de Nigloland

Etablissement propre et confortable. Mobilier vieillot mais conforme aux photos. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour une étape, l'hôtel bien à 10min de Nigloland. Pas de parking mais on peut aisément stationner dans les rues aux alentours gratuitement.

L'adorable hôtesse d'accueil est au petit soin malgré une charge de travail importante (accueil, téléphone, bar, petit déjeuner...). La chambre est confortable, mais la clim peine! Et il manque de quoi poser sans affaire dans la salle de bain alors qu'il y a largement la place(support pour les serviettes et de quoi faire sécher les maillots). L'hôtel est bien situé et calme. La piscine est fraîche, mais vu les températures...
