To minimise queuing, get to the main Gondola up to the slopes before 8am. Runs connect together well and 7km run back down is great, green or greeny-blue level, a greenish run with a drag-lift halfway down and lifts back up to the top as well as cafe's and a restaurant on the way. many restaurants dotted on higher runs.

Gondola opens at 8:30 but queueing starts at 8ish and is very long by 8:30-9am, even in January. A taxi to the top of the gondola might be recommended.
