Decent hotel, close to the ski slopes. It's not exceptionally fancy but the SPA area was nice and the apartment was spacious and comfortable

Ques for the Gondola are terrible.

5 years ago it was a nice place to visit, now it’s turning into a neon cheap looking resort. Gondola lift queue Spoils the day. Rude locals. I’m No longer is it cheap to eat out. Disappointing with how it’s evolved

Great place to go to learn to ski. Bit limited in terms of advanced slopes and variety. The touristy bit of town leaves a lot to be desired.

Some days there were queues for the gondola but to be expected at such a busy time of the year.

Ive been to Bansko a few times but this will be my last. I just cant deal with how unfriendly and unhelpful the entire resort is. Really need to work on their customer service if they want tourist to keep coming to their town!
