The hotel and staff were wonderful. Buffet breakfast was also very nice each day. Didn’t use the pool or gym but they looked good. Only issue was the quirky elevators. Not sure if they can improve upon it but not so bad to prevent our return to the property.

It is an average hotel. The staff are nice and friendly and it’s walking distance to MRT. We had no hot water throughout our 3 night stay.

Could do with refreshing, as it was a bit scruffy around the edges. But good for the price, great staff, and the pool area and views are worth staying for!

Good location for transportation if you like the Chinatown area. Elevator system is a bit odd to access the lobby and your rooms... hotel was very busy the days we stayed so the lifts were slow. Overall the rooms were nice and service was OK. The rooftop pool and terrace have fabulous views

A great property. Walking distance to Bangkok railway station as well as hualamphong metro station. China town is a stone's throw away. The only downside is almost no vegetarian option at breakfast. Only fruits, bread and coffee to start your day.

Lukewarm shower water. TV set did not work but they replaced same evening. No restaurants in close proximity. Very limited food choices at the hotel’s restaurant. Red wine? Just one option - carton box. No quality wine.

Very well located. Easy to get by metro. Big spacious room. Clean. Mini bar prices same as outside shops. Bed super big comfortable Air conditioner. Strong efficient 12th floor pool nice Bar restaurant not over price

Short walk from Hua Lampong MRT, and from the heart of Chinatown. Great physical plant and very clean. Nice in room desk area for plugging in the laptop and connecting via HDMI to a large monitor. My only lament is that I had no window. But I'll stay there again.

Good location. Lots of food mobile vendors and stores nearby day and night. 3 7-elevens within 100m. Walking distance to Chinatown. Very close to MRT. Room is clean but clearly shows the signs of age. AC not cold. Shower water pressure and temperature fluctuates. Gym machines are old and dirty. A few out of orders. Staff helpful and friendly.

Underwhelming
Although the location is convenient, the rooms desperately need some renovation. The bathrooms have mold, shoddy wifi, and the shower tends to run hot and cold (lukewarm, if lucky) For reference I booked 2 "Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, City View"

Very pleased with this hotel choice. Great location for proximity to Hualamphong station, Golden Buddha temple and Chinatown. Very clean, lovely swimming pool and excellent value for money. Highly recommend

The staff was very nice and easy to deal with I speak absolutely no tie and I had no problem at this hotel. My room was cheap but unfortunately it had a view of a wall but they told me that before I checked in and the price was right. The other side of the building had beautiful views the cost a bit more apparently just goes to show you you get what you pay for. Pool was pretty good it was fantastic view from the from the roof deck area and don't forget to get the $5 breakfast buffet it's well worth it.

Everything is fine except the in-room dining service. The menu said it ends at 10 pm, I called for in-room dining at 9:24 pm. I was making the order but the staff suddenly told me: sorry our last order is at 9:30 and no more in-room dining meal. I checked the time it was 9:28. This experience is very terrible. It was raining outside and I was starving as I was just arrived to Bangkok via flight.

The room have amazing space, clean and good location to main attractions and MRT. lovely staff especially the housekeepers. The downside is air conditioning was not available around the building such as the elevator and main entrance(very humid).

Good budget hotel for THIS area.
The room is decent enough, good bathroom and shower. Not really made with quality materials but it isn’t aiming to be a five star. The hallway is hot, musty and smelly. I also didn’t like having to take one elevator up then another down to the room, but I guess that’s for security. I wasn’t happy about its location in the end, was expecting much different. Overall, if this is the area you would like to stay in and don’t want to spend a lot of money this hotel is adequate. Pro tip: despite what some people in the hotel lobby might tell you, there are food hawkers at breakfast nearby the hotel.

Very friendly and obliging staff. Very good location (near to MRT). Food nearby. Inhouse breakfast was very decent. Lovely pool. Rooms a bit on the small side but well maintained. Property is a little dated but it's in the nature of the buildings in that area. Still. relatively well done up inside.

Wonderful property! Lovely spa and pool. It does need some TLC. The furniture needs restraining and the hallway carpet replaced. But, I will stay here again.
