"I stayed in the Modern Farmhouse room and honestly didn’t expect it to feel this homey. The open layout made the space feel bigger than it looks in photos, and I loved the rustic touches, like the wooden beams, earthy tones, and cute little details all came together nicely. It’s super well-equipped, with a full kitchen(event salt and papper) and huge balcony (a rare find in Bangkok). Location is super central too, we walked everywhere. "I agree with all the other reviews that the owners were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The location is ok if you have a car and the condition of the property coincides with the price of the room. You get what you pay for."

"We had a very bad experience with this hotel and left after two nights though we booked for 6 nights. We tried to get our deposit back but no reception and no response. After one night they asked us to move to another room which was much smaller and discomfortable. Room was dirty, bed was much to hard and bathroom was flooded with water from somewhere which made it dangerous to walk on the floor. We still haven’t got our deposit back and gave up on them. "
