"Beautiful room with amazing views. Highly rated restaurant in the hotel. Extremely helpful staff, advised us with hikes in Banff National Park. Wonderful hot tub. The only negative is the trans Canada highway #1 down below the hotel so it’s really noisy on the balcony."

"Beautiful quiet setting. About 5 minutes from downtown. Free bus passes provided to get around town. We arrived to 5 elk on the property. Staff was unbelievable with accommodating requests. When we arrived there was a noisy family next door, so we asked if we could switch rooms. Despite having already been in our room for a few hours, they found us a new room with no neighbours. We needed a fork and housekeeping was there within minutes. Our TV wasn't working and maintenance came and replaced...

"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This is in the HEART of Banff. You cannot beat the location. The hotel is VERY old (1908), but redone in 2018. Room #456 was waaayy at the other end of the hotel, where you have to take 3 random stairs down (yes, it's on the 4th fl) + multi turns, but that did not bother us. It would someone with mobility issues though. It was an end unit with a view of the rooftop (yes...the actual roof, facing other windows), but that did not bother us either, as we were literally...
