"The room and hotel are basic and are a good economical choice for Banff. In room ameneties include coffee, fridge, shampoo, and body wash. The mattress is older, but other than that, the room was comfortable. It said parking was included, but there was no parking available when we arrived. We were told to park in a public parkade. However, you need to move your vehicle every nine hours. The location is the best!"

"I highly recommend this hotel. Staff were all nice and very friendly , room , sink, bathroom was so clean, mountain view was absolutely beautiful. Location is so amazing. Only few steps away from all these amazing restaurants, bow valley river was right there. Everything was perfect!"

"We booked a suite that had a half bathroom with the two king beds. The toilet had urine in it that looked like it had not been cleared or flushed in a week. When I flushed it there was a ring where the the dirty water stood. Trash in that bathroom left from prior visitor "

"Stayed in the King Loft suite and the bed was ridiculously comfy. 5/5 stars. No hangers available to hang clothes upstairs(?) and there is a $15/night parking fee. Refundable $50 incidentals fee, too. Not a big deal, but good to know. Appreciated that I could access our room without going through a main lobby every single time."
