"It was very nice and clean. We were very thankful with our cleaner for keeping our room super tidy! The place was great! Our room was pretty spacious with a balcony. Nice location. Close driving proximity to Banff Ave. I just think the front desk staff who checked us in needs to be a little friendlier when welcoming people. However, thumbs up to the management checking in on us, sending us text messages if we need anything during our stay. Overall, we had a great time staying here!"

"This is a beautiful hotel, very convenient to the ski area bus stop. The staff went out of their way to help us, especially after I suffered a skiing injury, they retrieved a wheelchair that was helpful on the icy days when I could not use crutches safely."

"Beautiful room with amazing views. Highly rated restaurant in the hotel. Extremely helpful staff, advised us with hikes in Banff National Park. Wonderful hot tub.
The only negative is the trans Canada highway #1 down below the hotel so it’s really noisy on the balcony."

"Everything was so clean and well spaced out. It was a great place to stay on our road trip after a few nights in a tight hotel room! The waterslides were an added bonus, the kids had a blast!"
