"Enjoyed our stay in this downtown located hotel, so only a short walk to main streets, bars, restaurants etc. Staff were friendly when checking in - and we also received a room upgrade which was appreciated! Had forgotten that a breakfast was included with our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the choice on offer. We added guaranteed parking to our stay which we were glad we did - as parking in Banff is manic! Hotel also has coin laundry which was useful - but needs better signage for...

"This hotel is in the heart of Banff National Park, so we expected the staff to be knowledgeable and provide helpful information to guests. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. We only found out near the end of our trip that the hotel offers complimentary local bus passes for guests. Had this been mentioned at check-in, we could have used Banff's excellent public transportation instead of driving two separate vehicles around town. It would have made our trip more convenient and...

"In town location with easy underground parking,hot tubs on the roof were awesome!"

"No amenities but some good breakfast and pool at sister property across the street. Tiny fitness room across the street. Also very good brunch (for reasonable price) at sister property. Location is excellent."

"On arrival Banff was crammed with traffic, made worse by construction and road closures. Then found construction work ongoing at the hotel. Initially not impressed. However things took an upturn, as the staff were fine, and the room spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet choice was all I could wish for, and dinner options excellent. Traffic flow the next day eased and Banff was fun, particularly as the hotel is in a central position."
