"This hotel is nearly perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the concierge, Emma. While Emma was very friendly, her assistance lacked the proactive approach I expected. For two days, she was unable to help with my tour requests; for example, when looking for helicopter and ATV tours, she only searched online and told me nothing was available. In contrast, a male colleague on duty at 7 PM the previous night was extremely helpful and made several calls on my behalf. Furthermore, I easily found multiple helicopter slots at a nearby travel agency right after being told it was impossible. As a traveler, my time is precious, and I rely on the concierge’s expertise. I believe Emma has a great attitude, but the service could be improved by being more resourceful and dedicated to finding solutions. Everything else was excellent, and I hope this feedback is helpful."

"Fantastic. It's the perfect mountain ski lodge for normal people. Staff jumps to please you. Great breakfast. Great location. Reasonably priced. The history of Banff is all over the photos on every wall. It's like staying overnight at the museum but as comfortable and homey as your grandparents cabin. Loved it. "
