"Over priced for the rates that they charge. Very outdated, lots of maintenance issues need correcting. Fan coming out of the ceiling, bits missing from the ceiling, curtains not properly attached to the valance, kitchenette item need to be updated and maintained. Rates need to be at least a third of current costs to reflect the condition of the hotel.
Small park is nice for littles, hot pool is a larger hot tub with less jets, nice to have a hot pool on site. Great location."

"Great place to stay. The parking fee was a little too much but we had no problem in street parking near the hotel maybe because we stayed there at the shoulder season."

"Hotel is charming and super close to Banff Ave. The rooms could use with a little refreshing - a fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceiling would be nice. The room and bathroom were clean and fresh. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Restaurant was excellent- best dining experience we’ve had in awhile. Great food, drinks, and staff."

"We stayed in the suite with two separate bedroom areas and a kitchen in between. It's older property and long overdue for renovation which doesn't bother me but might bother some. There are no blackout curtains and the curtains barely covered the window so it's very bright in the morning. The staff tried to be helpful but when my neighbors were repeatedly noisy starting at 10:45 p.m. it took a lot of prompting for the front desk to ask them to be quiet. For three nights in a row."
