"I have stayed at this hotel many times, and keep coming back because I always have the most enjoyable experience. We came here to celebrate my birthday and started the trip off with a surprise upgrade to our room. The hot tub, along with the fresh wood and kindling that is readily available makes for such a relaxing time. The beds are super comfortable and the staff are very friendly. In addition, they gave us free bus passes, which was only a 5 minute ride to downtown, so we didn’t have to...

"Super great location right on Banff ave. Walk friendly to off the shops and restaurants and like a 15 min drive to the Banff Gondola which is a must visit. Staff was so nice made our bed everyday of our stay changed towels and always warm. The free coffee and tea is the best they even let us take a couple home. Sweetest receptionist and it’s 24/7 available for anything we need. Will definitely stay here again. "
