"Excellent hotel! Great location and friendly staff. Spacious rooms with great amenities."

"Great location downtown. Walkable to shops, restaurants, and Bow River areas. Very clean and comfortable."

"The rooms were spacious but the amenities were very lack lustre, the buffet breakfast was overcooked and had expired yogurt and the cleaning staff didn't always clean the rooms very well. We often returned to our rooms with garbage still in the garbage cans, the washroom seemingly untouched and the linens unchanged. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience."

"Comfortable."

"I stay here everytime I go to banff. The hotel is good for the price, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Due to it being a bit of a walk from downtown they offer a free shuttle pass during your stay which is great as well as covered parking for a fee. the lobby does close at 11pm but there is a number you can call for after hours if anything comes up. although the hotel is a little dated in some rooms it is clean and worth the price point. I will stay again."

"Loved our stay. Comfortable and great location :)"

"This is a beautiful hotel and the spa onsite was delightful. Overall good experience. One thing to keep in mind is you have to go outside to get to some of the rooms, which may not be ideal at certain times of the year."

"Our balcony view was epic! The staff was helpful."
