"The guess relation manager came to greet me herself and recognized me as a return guest. I was assigned the very nice room in 34th floor. Great selection of breakfast buffet with very welcoming staffs who always check to make sure guests table were cleared and promptly assisted when needing. The hotel also surprised me on my birthday with the hand written birthday card, I was wished Happy Birthday and received some cute gifts. Super happy and will sure return next year."

"Great location. Short walk to BTS. Helpful staff. The floor to ceiling glass windows provided wonderful immersive views. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was better than average. Food in the attached karaoke/bar/restaurant was very good. Definitely recommend and would stay here again"
