"The 12 Apartment Hotel offers a mixed experience with several highlights and a few functional drawbacks. On the positive side, the AC units were excellent and did a great job of keeping the rooms cool. There is also an impressive amount of cabinet space for storage, which is very convenient. The absolute standout, however, was the living area; it featured the most comfortable sofa I have ever used in Thailand, making it a perfect spot to relax.
There were some practical issues during the stay, though. While I was pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher in the unit, it was unfortunately unusable as there were no dishes, cutlery, or kitchen items provided at all. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, the bed was very firm, which may be a bit much for those who prefer a softer mattress. Additionally, the shower setup is quite awkward; without a door or curtain, it ends up getting almost the entire bathroom wet during use. It is a stylish space with great potential, but it needs a few functional additions to be truly practical for guests."
