This went way above my expectations! We were treated with exceptional customer service, we’re so impressed with the breakfast, and loved the beautiful designs throughout the hotel. Was a great experience overall, room acoustics were good, quiet for the city, and bedding was excellent, but tv is outdated and the shower design is odd, to turn it on it blasts you with cold water and sprays water everywhere, it needs to be cleaned so the water shoots straight.

No in-room coffee

The hotel is beautiful and desk service was excellent. There were two negatives: no coffee and no microwave in the room, and minor maintenance issues in both of the two rooms I stayed in.
