Clean room as well as facility, front desk employees are all fantastic, friendly, helpful, professional. Stephanie at the front desk even recognizes us from being there before. I wish the TV were somewhere else than the breakfast area because I dislike being blasted by sports or news as I am waking up. I was really happy that there were 4 EV charging stations at the hotel. The room was clean but on the third day I asked if I could get a clean set of wash clothes and towels. Also have my bathroom cleaned, take the trash out. That didn’t happen. I did get 2 clean towels and 1 wash cloth and floor mat. The trash was not emptied the entire time of my staff thus far. I hopefully when I return tonight is emptied. The two staff Angle & Kristi stood out to me. The customer service was outstanding between the two of them. They assisted me as I added days to my stay. I was allowed to stay in the same room. Thanks Ladies.😊
