"Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. "I was disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding the spa facilities. The online advertisement states that the hotel has spa facilities, which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Unfortunately, we were only informed upon arrival that there was an additional £40 charge to use them. This information should be clearly stated in the advertisement so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Greater transparency would help avoid disappointment and improve the overall guest...

"What a beautiful place!! We stayed for two nights and was made to feel so welcome. We stayed in the room only "Eddie" and was perfect as we were out and about during the day.. Already planning of coming back for longer and staying in the other apartments."

"A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! "
