"I have been to Big Bear many times and this stay was the best. Very unique property nice cleanly rooms and very quiet even though it sits on the Big Bear Blvd. Cold plunge, sauna, horseshoes, bean bag toss and a pool. Close proximity to the village for dinner and close to both ski resorts. Will definitely stay there again! "

"My room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of available in-room amenities: coffee maker, fridge, iron & ironing board, tv, WiFi, microwave. The shower worked well and the towels were plush. The bed was very comfortable. I sat out on my deck every morning and had coffee to the pleasant sounds of the mountains and forest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very nice stay."

"A beautiful place to stay while in Big Bear. It’s close enough to the Village and Big Bear Laje. The staff and hotel are great and make sure you have all you need. The only inconvenience was all the construction going on around the property but they don’t have control of when the city places those into action. "
