Amazing place. The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. Spacious room and very comfy beds. The breakfasts buffet is a big plus, with freshly baked baguettes and madeleines!

Great ski stopover

Good ski stop. Lovely whirlpool, sauna, steam and pool. Friendly staff and good food for evening meal and good range of breakfast items. Scramble seemed a little processed but that’s all I’d ‘knock’. Parking availability was slightly tight, arriving mid evening.

The property is really nice with a nice and quiet atmosphere. The staff is super attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. The only negative was the stairs on the suite which are not easy when you need to carry luggage. Otherwise, a 10 out of 10 and a number 1 choice is we are in the area again.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming - the waitress from the bar not so much! We didn't eat in the restaurant as it was quite expensive. Suite was lovely but quite spartan. We found the beds quite uncomfortable and, although there were 5 of us, there were only two mugs?? Shower was good but bathroom was tiny. Use of the pool and hot tub was great and the children really enjoyed it. Late check out time was a bonus too. Baldersheim appeared to be a lovely town - very clean and pretty.

Het is een prina hotel. Wat verouderd maar zeker niet slecht. Wij sliepen hier voor 1 nacht met het gezin. Hierdoor voelde de kamer wat krap. Zwembad was prima en toevallig helemaal voor ons alleen. Prima voor een volgende keer.

Great service and friendly staff

The friendly staff on night duty helped us check in after hours and so friendly and nice. Really good service and the hotel was cozy and clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy.

Jolie hôtel magnifiquement fleuri

Hôtel très joli et joliment fleuri, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. L’espace détente est vraiment un gros point fort : spa, jacuzzi et piscine intérieure sont parfaits pour se relaxer. Quelques axes d’amélioration possibles, notamment au niveau de l’accueil, qui pourrait être un peu plus chaleureux. La chambre était petite et la propreté pourrait être améliorée. Cela dit, le cadre reste agréable pour une pause détente.
