"This place is a nightmare that only looks nice from the outside. There is always one single person at the front desk, which of course will lead to long lines especially during peak travel season. We had to wait a while to check in, and when we got to the room we realized that the coffee machine wasn't working properly (water came out instead of coffee). When we called reception to ask for help instead of offering assistance they kept asking us if we had turned the machine on correctly. Then...

"Very handy for the airport if you have an early flight or late arrival. Within easy walking distance. Not a characterful hotel, more a commuting stop over but fine for that purpose. Very close to the metro stop for Porto, in fact just over the road! Very tiny downside but annoying factor is you have to buy milk if you want to make a cup of tea! No complimentary milk at this hotel! "

"Altis Porto Hotel was the most incredible stay! The staff were amazing, so helpful, kind, courteous, friendly. Daniela helped me so much with suggestions around the city, and booked a dinner reservation for me at a traditional Portuguese restaurant. The amenities were unreal with a Turkish bath, like a steam room, the sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, and rooftop pool and bar. I loved staying here. It was also a great stay for a single traveler. I felt so safe. Thank you so much!!"

"Upon arrival at 2300 restaurant was closed so no room service!! The location of the hotel is closed to the airport but nothing around the area! ( no restaurants ) I inquired in regards to a late check out was told 3pm but confirmed in the morning. When I called in the morning I was told I need to leave by 1pm when my flight was at 1805.i was gifted a spa access (this is for just an overnight stay ) in the morning upon arriving at spa the lady informed me that I needed to make a reservation at...
