"The a/c worked well & the pool was not as cold as it usually is."

"The bath towels were dirty or had permanent stains on them. The foot mat was stained on both sides. There was what looked like literally a bloody booger on the wall in the bathroom about 6.5 ft up the wall. The toilet seat wasn't secured too well to the toilet. Was not offered or told of any WIFI. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here in 9 months. Totally opposite of the first time."

"We love staying here. Nice big rooms, clean, large bathrooms, comfy beds, great location, good parking in back, and love the coffee shop adjoining the building (fyi- coffee closed in sundays)"

"This has always been my go to in Greeneville. However....this time my experience was not good. I've always been in th 300s and this time I was in the 200s. There was a smoking station right outside my room that was unpleasant. The sheets weren't very clean. I asked to change rooms and was told they were full. The staff was pleasant as always. Just maybe need to rethink my options now. "

"I dont like leaving negative reviews but we booked this for an unexpected trip to Greenville when other hotels were booked. Lobby stays locked, you have to call someone from outside to open it. Walked in the room, took one look amd smell and walked bacl out. There was almond on the floor right as we walked on... bathtub had shaving cream on it.. bathing towels were basicslly hand towels. Room smelled of must and old cigarette smoke.. Its a great location.. but that os the only good thing. With an overhaul thos place would be worth the budget money.. but as it sots.. i would never go back. We did not stay the two nights we booked and drove to Johnson City."
