"I really love their room design, cosy and elegant. I love the very central location. I don't like the fact they've been out of a restaurant forever and that their early check-in option is 60 dollars. We stayed 2 days the week before, did a late check-in and were not reimbursed 60 dollars. If the hotel has a room ready in my price category, they should offer us the early check-in as complementary. I will remember that."
"We had an issue with the room not being turned over upon chrck in, but the staff MORE than made up for the mistake. Things happen and they apologized and made up for it. Otherwise it was fine. This hptel is super close by to a lot of great things to check out and super close to metro stations. Highly recommend "
