"Overall, we had a mixed experience. This is definitely a family-oriented hotel and seems best suited for families with younger children, especially under 12. The Animation Team was wonderful — fun, kind, energetic and genuinely welcoming. The food selection was also excellent, with lots of variety.
Unfortunately, some pool staff, particularly those dressed in all white, were consistently rude and dismissive. We brought an inflatable pool ring for our child and specifically asked a staff member...

"The highlights of our stay were definitely the food, with both breakfast and dinner being excellent. The large swimming pools with warm water were another fantastic feature and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.
The hotel has made some great improvements, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having wine glasses in the room and enough amenities provided for all guests.
The entertainment throughout the day was absolutely amazing, with plenty to keep everyone...

"Very close to yumbo centre, thats about the only positive we can really, if you're looking for a cheap room, these will do, certainly not our cup of tea.
We also had an adjoining room, which we had to listen to a male couple doing unpleasant things to eachother.
The coffee and sugar were never replenished, we got 1 tiny bottle of water each for the whole stay.
The shower flooded the bathroom evertime we used it, and the extractor fan screeching everytime we turned it in, our main door also...
