"The hot tub was amazing to relax in after a long day. The room was great, plenty of water provided, robes, a nice warm blanket helped me to sleep better. The bathroom has everything you need toothbrush toothpaste shower gel shampoo hair conditioner. Really lovely place. And free parking! We would stay again"

"The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel staff was great, they where nice, accommodating, and helpful during my one week stay there. There are a few nice areas within the hotel where you can sit, watch TV, and socialize with family and friends. The rooms where clean, and staff came by when requested. The one drawback is the location, If you're traveling from outside the country and want to see other areas within Istanbul, the traffic is brutal, and with this hotel location you could be sitting in traffic about 1.5 each way."

"İkinci konaklayışımdı ve her şeyden çok memnun kaldım. Resepsiyonistler her saatte size yardımcı olmak için çabalıyorlar."

"The rooms were not smoke free. We couldn't control the AC or Heat. The staff was not nice. We would ask them to bring utensils up to our room and they never did. The breakfast was horrible. They gave the same breakfast everyday."

"10/10"

"It was an amazing experience to interact with the staff specially the receptionists. Kheira is very kind and lovely and our conversations were so engaging. Onur and Orhan were also very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for making our stay at the hotel very remarkable!"
