The area and the rooms are really nice. Furnitures and beddings are worn out but overall it was a great stay.Gladys helped us a lot and i really appreciate her hard-work and professionalism. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend it but Since Im with seniors,The only issue is that they have no access to elevator and they need to use the stairs to go up to 3rd floor. But overall i really like the place.

The lady (sorry, I forgot her name) that looks after the property was very helpful. 👏 Myself, my girlfriend, and her family really loved the place. Very spacious and the layout was awesome 👌 Everyone enjoyed the stay here. Thanks to Amy and everyone at the Mansion. 🙂☺️

Upon arriving at the place the guard refused to let me in stating that I didnt have reservation. He contacted the manager and when she arrived she informed me that expedia cancelled my reservation. I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations. Since they were not prepared for us the rooms were not ready. Neither place has reception area. Reception area is only for customers who are buying a condo unit. The manager informed me that the place is an APARTMENT not a HOTEL and therefore does NOT provide amenities including towels or TOILET PAPER!!!! No housekeeping!!!. Elevator did not work the whole stay. There's a fee to use the fitness center. I have to contact the manager on her cell phone if there's any issue and she is not on site. I have paid an outrageous amount for his place to have experienced such a horrible accomodation
