"Exceptional staff at reception. The breakfast was ok. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room. They don't allow eating in the room which is difficult when the hotel is not close to restaurants but is close to grocery stores."

"Beautiful place and very nice garden, pool area and restaurant"

"Perfect location for boat back to Jersey. Very clean and comfortable bed . Parking on site for free . Staff very helpful and nice"

"Nice hotel convenient for an overnight stay after and prior to our ferry crossing Breakfast was very good. It was nice that you were able to help yourself to hot drinks downstairs Not a great location for a longer stay very close to the main road with not much else in the vicinity"

"Excellent stay! Staff super friendly and helpful. Property well maintained. Not in my room much but Smart TV would be good upgrade."

"5 Star staff. I had to stay for emergency reasons. Christophe Nathalie were so kind and accommodating. This is a 3 star hotel but everyone working there is wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. Room was kept very clean. Parking was excellent.Location was excellent. Buses into the city were frequent. It's only 10 mins drive to the City centre."

"The garden was beautiful. We really appreciated the tea and coffee machine which was available all day. The owner was very friendly and accommodating"

"Clean room with comfy bed, staff helpful, water filter machine to use for free, close to everything in st malo including ferry terminal, will stay again, not bad for the price."

"The staff was nice and friendly and they made us feel happy and welcome and we will stay here in the future"

"Magnificent chateau with beautiful furnishings.. Friendly staff."

"The hotel should consider replacing the bed since it's not flat which makes uncomfortable sleep for the guest."
