Great stay

Another relaxing and enjoyable stay. Always a warm welcome at reception and friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. The young man playing the guitar in the evening was a lovely bonus, very enjoyable.

Pleasant stay

This hotel is a kind of "Grande Dame" amongst buildings with lots of old world flair. Had a wonderful corner room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No air conditioning or even fan in the room, with the heat these day it is quite uncomfortable People are very nice Foreign languge not a strong suit Pool was close just for our very date ! How unfortunate!!!

Check in was terrible. The woman at the front reception was rude and kept insisting that our reservation was for one adult rather than one adult and two kids. She fought us on it despite proof on reservation. Further, we had to insist on an additional bed since it had one queen, we paid cash for breakfast but wasn’t on the breakfast list and had to insist upon the Wi-Fi code. For the class of hotel this service was unacceptable. Much better places to stay in this town. Would not recommend.

Schöne Zimmer, super Frühstück und prima, dass es einen direkten Zugang zur Therme gehabt. Dazu noch positiv hervorzuheben, dass der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür ist und für einen ganzen Tag 19 € Einzig dass die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage haben, kann bei heißen Temperaturen zum Problem werden, da der kleine Ventilator definitiv nicht aus erreichbar ist Trotzdem können wir das Hotel definitiv empfehlen

Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig. Zum Wandern startet man vom Hotel aus, eine Saline und ein Kneippbecken sind direkt neben dem Hotel, zur Stadtmitte nur wenige Meter. Der Bademantelweg zur Therme ist einfach richtig praktisch. Das große Frühstück, welches wir gebucht hatten, hat noch Luft nach oben, das war schonmal besser.... Das Abendessen werden wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt außerhalb des Hotels zu uns nehmen, die Auswahl war nicht unser Geschmack 😞 Das Personal war von sehr gut bis kann man drauf verzichten (das betraf aber nur eine Dame). Glücklicherweise war das nette Personal in der Mehrzahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder, da die angenehmen Seiten überwiegen 😀.
