Zimmer war sehr schön. Aber die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels per Telefon ist sehr schlecht und dass der Wellness Bereich (Sauna und Pool) nur bis 20 Uhr auf hat und essen nur um 18 Uhr abends möglich ist, ist natürlich nicht so toll wenn man erst um 19.30 ankommt….

Wir haben eine Suite gebucht, die sich jedoch als in die Jahre gekommendes Appartment darstellten. Die Küchenzeile war defekt. Die gesamte Einrichtung entsprach nicht mehr dem modernen Standard von heute und war daher deutlich zu teuer. Das Frühstück war gute. Internet funktionierte im Zimmer nicht, nur Gang davor. Im Wellnessbereich gab es deutlich zu wenige Liegen. Insgesamt gesehen ist das gesamte Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.

Es geht wieder bergauf

Wir waren jetzt zum 5. Mal in diesem Hotel, aber das 1. Mal unter neuem Namen. Vorher "Sonnenhotel Amtsheide"- jetzt "Zur Amtsheide". Es hat sich viel getan und ist noch nicht ganz fertig (Renovierungsarbeiten). Der Wellnessbereich ist richtig gut: es hat alles funktioniert und hat Freude gebracht. Auch im Park wurden Restaurierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. So konnten wir nicht über die Brücken zum Park gehen. Aber ein Waldspaziergang hat es wett gemacht.
