"All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. "Check in and out was quick and easy with friendly reception. All the staff were excellent, especially the ladies serving the evening meal. They all seemed happy in their work, and a credit to your company. The room was good, the bed massive, and the shower powerful. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice from cereals, fruit and cooked food. One of the best we’ve had. The evening meal was also very good, great choice, quickly served and a reasonable price Overall, very happy. "

"The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. The bathroom was lovely, a large shower with rainfall head. Very deep bath that we used on 2nd day. A great menu and restaurants to choose from. "Had a lovely relaxing time with my girlfriend and her husband, room was so clean and had everything we needed, absolutely loved being able to log into Netflix on the tv which was a great size. We were checked in by a lovely young man who also served us our food, he was very attentive and even brought us extra sides for our burgers.
