"Clean room, quiet, great maid service!"

"Bedding was dirty, they gave me new sheets and those were dirty and stained as well. I had to change the bedding myself at that. Seen that the door was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, they said we couldn’t change rooms being that they didn’t have anymore. I had a two day stay and they didn’t bother to come in and clean the room, there was no DND sign on the door or nothing so I was confused. I would never book a LaQuinta ever again. Poor poor property ! "

"I After my long drive, and upon arriving, I needed immediate access to a restroom. The desk clerk told me there was no available facilities in the lobby. I than requested a speedy check-in so I could quickly get to my room in order to deal with the pressing issue. The desk clerk than said "It's going to take some time, so you should go find a restroom, before checking in". I asked again where is a restroom facility that I can use. He then directed me to the gas station next door. I understand that this is a budget property offering, however, I still have certain minimum standards. The floor had an oily film. The refrigerator in my room did not work at all. On top of these issues, there was no way to connect devices ie: computer, DVD player etc. to the TV in the room (no way to change the input). I stay in Dallas overnight regularly. On my previous stay at this property, the shower drained so slow that I was standing in three inches of water by the end of the shower. This is the second and final time staying in this poorly maintained property."

"My stay at 2380 W Northwest Hwy in Dallas was overall a mixed experience. The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages—it’s close to major roads, food spots, and stores, which made getting around pretty easy. If you don’t have a car, it’s still fairly convenient for quick rides or deliveries. The room itself was okay for a short stay. It had the basics, but cleanliness could have been better. I noticed a few areas that needed more attention, like the floors and bathroom. Nothing completely unbearable, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. The bed was decent enough to get rest, though not the most comfortable long-term. Customer service varied. Some staff members were helpful and respectful, while others seemed less attentive. If you need something, it’s best to ask clearly and follow up if necessary."

"Room was clean and spacious. The amenities were readily available even though we didn’t use all of them. Staff were welcoming we first arrived, ear plugs were offered even though we didn’t need them. The breakfast buffet was balanced with multiple options to choose from and well kept with staff. Everything that was advertised was exactly as pictured. My only issue was the second elevator sounded as it was in dire need of servicing, but other than that the property was safe and secure. With shuttle services available and other dining options available within hotel and walking distance."

"The room was clean, but lacked a coffee/tea maker which is listed as one of the room amenities. The fridge only stayed on every 2 hours and there was a light in part of the room that did not work. I reported these issues to housekeepers and front desk, but nothing was ever done about these issues. I also experienced loss of power from the property and no one came to provide any updates to guests and the following day the elevators were down and I had to use the stairs in order to leave which was a challenge carrying my luggage. Lastly the breakfast was just a sack with a banana, granola bar, and juice."
