"Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!"

"Room interiors are dated and poorly maintained, mildew all around the sunken onsen tub. Wifi in room kept dropping and was difficult to establish a connection. Staff service across the entire hotel was the worst!
