"Amazing hotel from the staff and room"

"I had a different expectation upon checking in knowing this was a 5-star hotel. There were couple of things that I need to mention for evaluation and consideration. 1. We didn’t end up using the tub. The water was brown. 2. The blower/hair dryer wasn’t working either. 3. We checked out early and no one was answering the phone for concierge request for suitcases to be brought down."

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the airport, but a bit tricky to find access because it is gated. We ended up grabbing a cab River we’re at reception within 5 minutes. The property is really nice and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of food. We only stayed one night on a layover to catch our resort bus to our final destination. We will be staying there on our the night before we depart the Philippines. Highly recommended."

"Food room all excelent"

"There were no hand towel in the bathroom. I tried to ask for it from the front desk but they refused. The bath towels looked dirty with big brown stains on them. The foot towel looked more dirty. Not sure because of it's color or poorly washed. The lights in the room and bathroom were too dim. All the rest were good."

"Reception staff not so nice."

"Overall experience with this hotel was excellent"

"Good room for the price"

"Great place"

"Very good accommodation"

"Kind and amazing staff, clean room and delicious food in their restaurant."

"Close to the airport. But there is no wifi in the room. You have to hang out in the lobby area to connect to their wifi."

"1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path...
