"Everything was really good, except hard beds and zero english was spoken. She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "

"The Haian was amazing - totally checked all the boxes. The room was well appointed & clean - we had an ocean view room with 2 twin beds. We were literally across the street from the beach. The beds were very comfortable & although the hotel mentioned there may be construction noise next door, we didn’t hear it. The inclusive breakfast was outstanding - so many selections from hot foods, made to order noodles, egg station, array of fruit like dragonfruit, guava, etc. and western dishes too. We had a wonderful meal of the northern style combo dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was so reasonable & delicious. The rooftop pool isn’t heated so it was too cold for me to swim in December but other people did take a dip. The pool guy Cuong was so nice & set out pool chairs, towels, drinks, etc. Wow, we felt so taken care of!
We had wonderful service at the spa too. Prices are super reasonable & ask for a discount. "
"Fantastic view of the South China Sea and excellent breakfast spread.
The staff are a vwry friendly and helpful. Will definitely be my hotel choice when i return in future."
"Beautiful little resort just outside of Denang centre. Wonderful staff who helped me book my transport to Hanoi. Little restaurant area and I had dinner there one night, which was delicious. The pool area is small but perfectly formed with fantastic day beds and wonderful views. There's not much in walking distance, but easy enough to get bikes and taxis. It's about a 30 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge. "
"This resort was top notch. The service was impeccable in every area, from the front desk to room service to pool attendants to the gardeners. The beach and pool amenities were exactly what you would want for a day at the beach. So beautiful! The rooms were clean and bright with fantastic amenities. The food was delicious. We ate at two of the restaurants as well as the Hyatt Club and room service. We will be back. "
"Cleanliness, friendly staff, and best Buffett. Walking distance to Vietnam Han River, Han market and port for boat cruises. Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every day of our stay. I will recommend Vanda Hotel to people taking their vacation in Da Nang. "
