"I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back."

They even took the time to show me around some local spots, which made the experience even more memorable.
