"beautiful"

"My room was comfortable and I liked the daily refill of water bottles. Lots of dining options and good food. Nice breakfast buffet. The resort is massive, which at times made it feel impersonal."

"Beautiful place and attentive staff"

"Hotel was nice and cozy. Staffs were smiling and polite and seemed responsive to your request at a very low speed. First night was so noisy, window shaking from EDM party that they said it was from neighbor hotel.. got it done 3 hours after compliant at 1am. I wrote email first for specific request and they did reply email, but nothing was prepared. It seemed to me like many of the staffs were just saying ‘yes’ with the ‘whatever dude’ attitude. Room service took too much time for simple...

"The resort is the perfect size, not too big and not too many guests. The pool area was lovely with plenty of spaces to choose from. There were shaded areas which were great for our kids. There were enough day beds but if you didn’t reserve on early on in the day then choices were limited. Breakfast had an excellent selection of food but got quite busy. One negative was the menu for lunch and dinner was astronomically expensive, compared to other options on the street down the road. Because of...
