"Wow, what an absolutely fabulous place! It’s exactly what we hoped for - peace and tranquility. The staff are superb and cannot do enough for you. The most instagram worthy place I have ever been to! Of note for those planning a trip, we stayed in the ‘low season’ (I.e. July/August). "We loved everything about our stay at Alkamar Camp! The staff was all very friendly and helpful — from reception to our guides. "Beautiful room and pool. Easy walk to lake and village. "The hotel had excellent service and was beautiful. The views of the desert were amazing with the luxury of a hotel. The entire resort team was welcoming, and the service was wonderful. "This guesthouse is exceptional. Especially for families, but for anyone who likes a green oasis with animals and plants in every corner. The animals are well taken care of, there are activities for kids and adults. The food is delicious.
