Breakfast was more delicious than I expected. The service was excellent, the staff were kind, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We did experience an issue with the shower in our room, but the team handled it thoughtfully and compensated us in a way that truly made us feel well taken care of. Although some of the facilities may feel a bit unconventional, this is completely understandable given the desert setting. Overall, the food was fresh and the service was consistently very good. Recommended if you want to have a desert experience!

Lovely stay and am already thinking about a return visit. We did a few activities while we were there and the horse riding was amazing. Although we can ride a bit, they can cater for all levels and seeing the scenery from horseback was wonderful. Camel riding was good and the relaxing massage was wonderful - probably the best massage I've ever had.

Arrived at night which was magical with a star studded sky and candlelit pathways to the various tents. We were lucky to have tent 26 which is on the far edge of the camp. Food at dinner was wonderful; delicious and authentic. Hot water bottles were provided at night, although we were really snug in our tent and didn’t really need them. Bottled water provided by the bed. Everywhere spotlessly clean. We took a walk around the area in the morning and there are plenty of activities on offer including horse training, camel rides, quad bikes, ping pong, badminton and two inviting swimming pools. There’s even a Garden of Intention’ which had vines and succulents. Lots of areas to sit and relax. Fantastic choice and quality of food at breakfast. The staff were wonderful but it felt they were a little stretched as we waited a while to have our coffees topped up. They were doing their best. Would be better to give people a pot to help themselves. We stayed 1 night but there’s enough here for 2 nights.

The drinks and food were very good and the property was very nice and clean in general, they were relaxed and there was lots of cool lounge areas on site. A few things to improve : 1. we were not provided locks/keys for our tents so we did not like leaving valuables in there . We also did not have a fan in our room but others did 2.food safety - several of our group got sick after eating certain dishes at the restaurant on site. 3. excursions- I booked in advance for excursions for a large group and we were charged a cancellation fee for 1 person no showing (out of 18 people). The camel ride for 1 hour was more like 30 minutes and the camels do not look well treated. I had emailed in advance that we were literally coming the day after our wedding to stay there and they did not really do anything special so don't expect any additional treatment. We understand it is the desert so you cannot have everything -overall we were very happy and think given the price it was a good stay.

Great experience. Lighting too dim in room though. Shower temperature could be better. Didn’t have enough hot/warm water. Hotel needs to be much better about replying to emails. The staff were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. I came here looking for a calm, relaxing night to wrap up my Morocco trip after the chaos and energy of Marrakech, and it was exactly what I needed. The food was excellent, the atmosphere peaceful, and overall it was the perfect spot to end my journey on a high note.

Tienen baños quimicos en la mayoria de las habitaciones, lo que expedia no detalla en su pagina. Esto es inaceptable. Arruinó nuestra experiencia y nos fuimos un dia antes perdiendo una noche. Ademas esta muy cerca de la ciudad. Una "experiencia en el desierto" con vista directa a las luces de la ciudad. Fake.

Hot rooms but lovely food

The rooms require air conditioning and the pool area needs shady facilities given the conditions of the desert. The food and people were really great so if you address the first two points, I would highly recommend however for the price, we were expecting better conditions to sleep.

Super séjour dans le désert d’agafay. Très dépaysant, notre chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. Nombreuses activités disponibles (quad, balade en dromadaire, poterie, …). Les repas très copieux et excellent ! L’équipe est à vos soins tout le long du séjour. Je recommande !

Très bon séjour, l’hôtel est bien situé, le personnel agréable, les chambres sont propre, les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques. Piscine très agréable. Une mention très spéciale pour la nourriture, un régal, d’une grande qualité gustative. Merci au chef cuisinier!

Si quieren tener una pequeña probada de como es estar en el desierto cerca de Marrakech, esta propiedad cumple con esa misión. El cuarto es muy cómodo, aunque nos tocó una ubicación lejos de las areas comunes, pero valoramos las caminatas de ida y vuelta con las lindas vistas y la tranquilidad de la tienda donde dormimos. Importante señalar que las facilidades sanitarias son como las de una caravana o de un pequeño yate, bastante ecológicas. La ducha si es normal y con buena agua caliente apropiada para el frío que hace en la noche. Lo que tienen para entretenimiento nos gusto mucho. El desayuno es muy bueno, abundante y nutritivo. La unica observación es que deben mejorar con el proceso de manejar el equipaje a la llegada, por la naturaleza del lugar ellos lo reciben en el lobby y lo transportan a las habitaciones, pero no tienen un sistema de marcacion para evitar confusiones/intercambio de maletas como nos pasó.

Very nice luxury camping; got upgraded as well. There are many activities so 1 night is not enough to enjoy all perks. The restaurant is expensive but very tasty. The best food I had during my stay in Morocco tbh.

Bon séjour, beaucoup moins bien qu'il y a 6 ans.

Notre séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Le personnel est accueillant et au service. J'étais venu il y a 6 ans et l'expérience avait été exceptionnelle. cette fois ci beaucoup moins. Toute la zone a changé, il y a des nouvelles installations tout autour (quad et dromadaire) qui rendent le lieux beaucoup moins confidentiel et agréable. Le camp se veut "luxueux" ou tout du moins applique des tarifs très cher. Clairement ça ne les vaut pas ou plus. Au moment du départ, nous souhaitions payer notre note. Nous avons eu la surprise d'apprendre que le service client nous avait mis en pension complète. c'est à dire que d'office on nous facturait 1000 dirham pour le midi et 1250 dirham pour le soir (2 adultes + 1 enfant - hors boisson). Nous sommes au Maroc! 225€ pour manger sur deux repas sans boisson c'est clairement très cher. Au réel nous en avons eu pour la moitié (boissons incluses). Il a fallu négocier, appeler le service client soit meme (hors forfait facturé) pour se faire entendre. Bref au final nous n'avons pas payé 225€ de repas mais bien ce que nous avions consommé. Une mauvaise note dans notre séjour. Je pense que le lieu à clairement perdu en qualité de service et d'exploitation depuis qu'ils ont été racheté. Terres des étoiles étaient bien plus sympa! dommage...

Je connaissais l’établissement avant qu’il ne soit racheté par le groupe actuel. Le service est efficace, mais ce n’est pas le même charme, qualité et personnalité qu’avant. Un générateur a tourné toute la nuit. Les nouvelles tentes sont moins charmantes, les repas étaient très bons. La sortie à cheval était top.

A peaceful place to relax and rest. The staff is very nice and helpful, we especially enjoyed our conversation with the bartender, Mohammed. The food is amazing and we loved the fusion of traditional Moroccan cuisine with Mexican.
