"Cruising from Tilbury so looking to drive up from Bristol the day before and find a nearby B&B. Found the Campanile on Expedia based on price and distance. Read the reviews and thought "How bad can it be?" Well - not bad at all! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room for the night and extremely comfortable bed. Close to dual carriageway but we didn't notice any traffic noise. Evening meal a bit "ready-meal" but a great breakfast and late check-out if you want it. Will definitely stay again...

A very big well done to the Cleaner!! Your Reception Team were charming, friendly and very helpful. Always smiling. Excellent!! "The staff were very accommodating even when we were early, they managed to sort out a spotless room with 3 double beds, and was lovely and spacious. The downside is the expensive parking £24 for 2 days. Not sure why it's not free. It's on a retail park."

"Stayed at the Ivy Hill Hotel for a couple of nights visiting family for Christmas. An excellent hotel for a quiet break but within easy reach of London. Staff were fantastic. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast - both very nice. We were given a room upgrade and it was more spacious than our previous visit - very comfortable. Would definitely book again."
