We stayed in Tufted Owl overlooking the High Street - a bit ‘rumbly’ if a big vehicle went past, but there’s very little traffic in town at night. The noise didn’t affect me at all. Beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was over at The Crown (we were given a breakfast card each) which was amazing. We’re definitely coming back. "

"Nice place and modern but the bedding could have been better (pillows espdcially which were battered and flat). Road noise doesn’t bother me but if you’re a light sleeper you have lorries passing right next to the windows day and night."

"Was a really lovely B&B and Graham was so accommodating in letting us check in early before we went to a wedding nearby. Room was very clean with some lovely touches and great to have a proper coffee machine for use in the lobby. The smell of freshly baked bread is amazing there too. We were off to see family so didn’t have breakfast but 9.15 is very early to stop cooked breakfast on a weekend would be the only thing to improve on I think"

"Very quick to assist when requiring assistance when we needed the heating on and another cup. Found the traffic noisy as the double glazing did not keep the noise out very well"

"Very tastefully furnished rooms. Comfy beds, adequate showers and all we needed for an overnight stay. Just a pity that the rooms lacked lighting - a change of lightbulbs would make all the difference. Enjoyed a great evening meal in the pub."

"A comfortable and clean place to stay before an early morning flight out of Bristol Airport. Was easy walking distance to the airport, with a pub and nice green area park close to it. It was clear parking is somewhat limited, ( I didn't drive but it was something that was noted quite a bit). Check out wasn't too difficult either, and wasn't too loud from the airport, so was able to get plenty of sleep before the flight."
