"Very charming and clean! We were so fortunate to find this inn. After looking for a place downtown that could accommodate us and our need for separated sleeping arrangements we had no luck. Our room was so comfortable and set up to give us the privacy needed. It was easy to get in touch with any questions we had."
"We had been traveling for 13 hours and just needed to get inside and rest. The lobby and adjacent lounge area were very busy. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous, kind, and sweet to my dog. He made the check in process as quick as possible for us while juggling other tasks and requests from other guests."
"The pool was larger than the pool in the 2 other hotels we stayed at on this vacation. It was clean, and the staff were great about bringing more towels to the pool area.
It had a very laid back feel. Families were playing card games in the dining lounge in the evening, multiple families at the pool, with kids playing games in the water. It was a nice chill evening after a long day of driving."
"I was solo road tripping with 2 dogs and this hotel was perfect. They gave me a walkout room right across from the exit, which made taking the dogs out a breeze. There was a grassy area to walk (we saw a deer and fireflies!) and poo bags/trash available. It was also less expensive than staying on the east side of Cleveland. I'll stay here again next year."
"Great breakfast buffet. Rooms were nice. Refrigerator didn't seem that cold and not sure to make it colder. Only issue was the night light in the bathroom reflected in the mirror right where I was sleeping on the left side of the bed."
"Nice relatively modern styled hotel. Open concept clothing area, so although there is room for clothes there aren't closets and a bunch of drawers. This was no issue for me and my mom though at first the idea bothered her. (She's of an older generation 83) I didn't like that there was no microwave in the rooms, but there was a community one in the lobby on the other side of the front desk. (Front desk is in a circular shape) in the middle of the lobby. "
