"Property was excellent. The kitchenette was great, bathroom and living area were spacious. Air conditioning worked very well and balcony was shaded in the afternoon and large enough for two. Free parking could be challenging. The bed was quite firm. "

"Staff was great, the room was charming and the breakfast was the best in Italy! There was street noise in the later evening as we were trying to sleep. We are not party people. The arrival and parking situation was unclear as this was our first Ortigia trip. I thought that we had arranged for someone to park our car. We had to walk our luggage in to the hotel with no where to park leaving someone with the car and police officers telling us we could not stay there then drive to a public parking...

"Struttura davvero molto bella e ben curata, situata in posizione ideale per raggiungere il centro di Avola in pochi passi. Camera confortevole, ampia, luminosa, spaziosa, arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort. Bagno con doccia. Pulizia impeccabile. Biancheria da camera di alta qualità. Al piano terra della struttura c’è una cucina ad uso comune. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo nell’indicarci le istruzioni per il check-in e dove parcheggiare il veicolo. "Great location super close and easily walkable to the main corridor where all the great restaurants and shops are located. Quiet and gorgeous sanctuary property. Room was in perfect condition and beautifully presented. "
