"The food mall was the best thing for us during our stay. The pool did not have many pool towels ready had to use room towels and there was spider webs inside and outside of our room. The staff was friendly & on top of getting us our amenities in a timely manner. Would stay here again. Very close to legoland, Costco and a mall within walking distance. "

"The hotel is in serious need of general maintenance, drywall patches painted brfore they were sanded, grounds unkempt, walkways in need of pressure washing, mattress were wornout spring mattress on top of a plywood box. The place needs help."

"The hotel room rate was good considering the gas prices to travel to Carlsbad. The location is near beach and Carlsbad village. The rooms have very thin walls so unfortunately you can hear voices and snoring in the next room. Overall the property and room is clean. There is no complimentary breakfast and the bistro is not very desirable. "

"Terrible Stay. Staff was rude no manners especially jacob he was rude blood stains in sheets and cigarette burns on bedding when i took off the sheets ther was other peoples hair all over as well as mysterious brown stains used water bottles behind tv again not a clean friendly staff eviormet "

"We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. This property is well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. My family and I stayed here for three nights and would absolutely book here again. The room was clean, it didn’t smell like pot everywhere, and the parking lot is well lit at night. There were a lot of other families there as well, I’m sure heading to Lego Land. You won’t be disappointed if you book here. "

"I didn't see any but they did give us new towels when we asked. It wasn't the laundry. It was the staff They double book you because they don't want to pay a hotels.com fee and then they say it will fall off. They then decide to not help with their TVs being out because they are in construction or just don't want to help."
